ICLI is the future international case law identifier.
It is inspired by ECLI, the European Case Law Identifier, and envisaged as a possible extension allowing non-European countries to join. This would make it easier to find and cite court decisions internationally.
I would gladly transfer this domain to a non-profit organization or an entity established under (international) public law.
